Make rue, butter in pan, saute veggies, then throw in lobster meat, for flour-i use a packet of Knorr’s Newburg sauce mix + a lil flour, then cup HeavyCream, some sherry. BUT, MIXTURE SHOULD LOOK LIKE AN UNPALATABLE MUCK, RIDICULOUSLY THICK, SPOON BACK INTO BODY &TAIL sprinkle top with mixture Italian bread crumbs and parmesan cheese, bake 275-300° til golden brown.
