Order arrived on time. Food was excellent, as always. Quite the treat. Fresh. Delicious.

The soup sampler was as good as always, though I use them as a base. With the tasty bisque, I just add a LOT more lobstah meat.

To the chowdah, I add cream, crispy bacon, sautéed onions, seasoned crisp roasted red potatoes, and lots more clams. When I serve the bowl of scrumptious chowdah, I drop some butter/garlic croutons in it and sprinkle shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese over it... ooh la la! Hearty and delicious.
